Racquet Lab Lesson Terms & Conditions

We aim to provide high-quality coaching to all players, while ensuring fairness and smooth scheduling. Court availability is limited and lesson times are in high demand, so please review the policies below before booking.

Client Cancellations

Clients may request lesson reschedules subject to availability. Lessons cancelled outside the notice period or beyond the allowed number of reschedules may be forfeited.

Racquet Lab Cancellations

If a lesson is cancelled by Racquet Lab due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, make-up options will be provided. When requested, these must be arranged and approved in advance and are subject to availability to ensure class numbers are not impacted.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Ongoing Lesson Commitment
    By requesting lessons, clients are committing to the same scheduled lesson time each week for the duration of the term. This time is reserved exclusively, and requesting lessons confirms acceptance of this ongoing weekly commitment.

  2. Notice Period
    A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a lesson. Requests with less notice will not be eligible for rescheduling and the lesson will be forfeited.

  3. Reschedule Limit
    Each client is allowed a maximum of two (2) lesson reschedules per term.

  4. Rescheduling Availability
    When a lesson is rescheduled, Racquet Lab will provide multiple alternative time options. If none are suitable, the lesson may be forfeited.

  5. Rescheduling Reasons
    Lessons may be rescheduled in the event of client injury or illness.

  6. Wet Weather & Heat Policy
    Lessons cancelled due to wet weather or extreme heat will be communicated via text or email. If no communication is received, lessons should be presumed to proceed as scheduled.
    Please note: if you miss a lesson assuming it has been cancelled without confirmation from Racquet Lab, the lesson will be forfeited.
    Coaching sessions may be suspended if the temperature reaches 37°C.

  7. Make-Up Credits
    If Racquet Lab cancels a lesson and it cannot be rescheduled, the client is entitled to a credit for one Holiday Clinic lesson.

  8. Discretion
    All rescheduling requests are subject to availability. Racquet Lab reserves the right to make final decisions to ensure the smooth operation of lessons.
